CME Analysis Information (for CME activity ID: 2023-11-10T20:12:00-CME-001)
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Data Level: 0 (0=real-time, 1=real-time and checked by supervising forecaster, 2=retrospective science level data analysis)
Use as primary measurement: true
Measurement Technique: SWPC_CAT
Detecting Instruments:
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
Image Type: running difference
Speed (km/s): 454.0
Speed measured at height (Rs): 6.9
Type: S
Direction (LON/LAT in HEEQ): 35.0/ -7.0
Half Angular Width (degree): 41.0
Minor Half-width (degree): None Entered
Tilt (degree): None Entered
Time@21.5: 2023-11-11T04:00Z
Info/Session URL: None Entered
Note:
Measurement based off of faint shock front. The front enters the field of view somewhat symmetric but becomes more asymmetric as it progresses into the field of view. Due to this tracking the front's lower right hand boundary seemed more accurate. The front becomes too diffuse to track well into C3. This front is not visible in STEREO A COR2 difference imagery.
Measurement Feature Code(s):
RHB: Right Hand Boundary
SH: Shock Front
